Dr. Waite offers legal consulting services focused on dog behavior. This can include:

• Objectively analyze the behavior of a specific animal, using direct and indirect data collection, and provide opinions based on evidence-based knowledge of animal behavior.
• Assist with question development about the animal’s behavior and assist with identifying behavioral data sources.
• Provide an opinion on the likelihood of a particular behavior from an animal (such as biting, aggression, property damage, etc.) and whether or not caregivers did or should have known about the potential behavioral outcomes.

Fees for Services:

• $200 per hour for all tasks performed, including but not limited to evaluation of the dog, analysis, conclusions, preparation of reports or exhibits, and necessary travel time (car/train/air travel).
• $400 per hour for testimony at deposition or trial (includes breaks or meals, as well as for time spent actually giving testimony).
• Expense reimbursement for photography, reproduction of documents and photographs, storage of materials or evidence, travel, and lodging (ER + 10%) if over 80 miles from Waukesha, WI (starting location, Carroll University).
