Dog Behavior Assessments

We provide independent behavioral assessments for dogs involved in behavioral incidents, dangerous dog determinations, insurance concerns, housing disputes, and other situations where a professional evaluation of a dog’s behavior is desired.

These assessments are designed to help owners better understand their dog’s behavior and risk factors through a structured review of the dog’s history, available records, and direct observation of the dog.

As a board-certified applied animal behaviorist (CAAB), Dr. Waite evaluates each case using available evidence, scientific literature, and professional expertise in animal behavior.
